Coolant temp

Just wondering what everyones coolant temp is running at. Ive been running the Scangauge II for a month now and my coolant seems to be around 195 to 205, most of the time its right at 200. Ambeint temps dont seem to effect the coolant temp at all. Seems little high for running empty. Have not tried it with my 3500 lb. truck camper yet.

I know my '01 v10 has a 195 degree thermostat in it - 200 would be just about right, depending on where they are getting that temp from - cylinder-head?

Same temps here, even at the last 2 Ohio meets when towing, the temps stayed in the same range as they do when I'm empty.

Back from my trip with the truck camper on. Saw the same temps I see as if I was empty most of the way to San Fran. On the way back going thru Glendale/LA area outside temps got to 110 and while pulling a hill saw coolant temp get to 207. So I guess I was worried about nothing. Thanks guys.
