My 1949 F6 had a piece of galvanized metal attached to what I think is the bottom air deflector (see pic) and I know that this galvanized piece does not belong to the puzzle. What goes there if anything?

Also the right inner fender is composed of two pieces; the small one is severely damaged and will need some skilled hands to put it back. Is it possible to get this part?
