351m Headers 4x4 vs RWD

I was just wondering if anyone ever put 4x4 headers on a 2wd. I have a RWD 78 f250 with a 351m and want headers for it and the ones that summit says are for a 4x4 are cheeper. Would they work on a RWD?

these are the ones I'm taking about

Thanks for any help

I've got a set of brand new hooker 4x4 headers for a 78 F250 you can use to test fit if you want. I bought them and decided to change direction and put in a 460. They're at my parents house in Grosse Ile, MI which is real close to you. Send me a PM if you want and I'll give you my cell#.

They probably wont. I've never seen a set of 2wd headers next to 4wd headers for these trucks, but my guess it that the 4wd set will hang down lower because of the t-case crossmember.
