This is prolly a 1 page thread at most
DAK, I'm like you , The days of trading off trucks every 3 years is gone. My current 2015 carries a warranty that covers everything that touches oil for life ( or at least as long as I own it)
That won't help me with a bad radiator or bad water pump or bad front hubs/bearings. But it takes the fear out of a bad valve or blown tranny. So I'll probably keep this truck longer than previous trucks.

I'll quote this just to see the awesome wheels again!
I don't like my wheels much at all, but I'm too cheap to buy new ones since there's nothing functionally wrong with mine.
I also know that I have the inability to keep trucks for a long time, so investing money in "mods" that don't increase the vehicle value makes for a tough sell.
The house I'm renting doesn't have 220 in the garage. I'm getting stir crazy with my welder sitting in my garage with no ability to mess with it.

Seeing how this is a one page thread I thought I would do my part in adding some length.
Local auction house has a 2015 Platnium Dually for 39k. They says it needs driveline work. It has 165,000 km on it.
Is this a huge mistake waiting for a sucker to come along or is it worth buying and expecting to put another 10k into?
