They share tips. All tips go into a pot and at the end of the night they split the tips up based on your position. I'm not certain how much he gets out of it, but he seemed pretty excited. I think last night he made about $80 in tips. He worked from 4:30 until 10:30pm,

Tonneau covers
2002-2016 Dodge RAM 2500 Hard Folding Tonneau Cover (BAKFlip MX4 48203)

OR

2002-2016 Dodge RAM 2500 Hard Folding Tonneau Cover (BAKFlip F1 72203)

OR

2009-2016 Dodge RAM 2500 Hard Rolling Tonneau Cover (Revolver X2 39213)

Opinions please. I'm leaning toward the MX4. I think I want to try a folding. Not sure I want a rolling one, but I thought I'd get opinions.

I was leaning towards folding because when I back up to the 5th wheel, I think I'll be able to see better. I've seen the rolling cover in person and the roll sits high up. I don't know.

I have a rolling, but not hard and I can see it good. Not sure if it blocks the view I'd want rolling either. My favorite topper I had was a Pace Edwards. It rolled into the bed. But $$$.

I'd go with the MX4 if I went bakflip.

I had a roll-n-lock on my my '11 Ford and I really liked it. The last winter it froze up on me a could of times. My truck stays in a heated garage so it normally isn't a problem. A few weekends sledding cause some issues though. I think I might go MX-4 route. I know Dak had a BAK Industries something or other and he likes it.

Just ordered the MX4. I like that you can open or close the tailgate with the cover shut and locked. You can also shut the cover with the tailgate locked. You only have to open the tailgate to open the cover.
