I hear ya. It's funny how he likes to tout his education and technical expertise, yet has a poor grasp of grammar and spelling, or doesn't bother to proofread before posting. I like having you around and wish to see you continue to hang around. He on the other hand can go at any point without a tear shed by myself or many others. He seems to have completely lost it today. Don't want any of us getting caught up in that crap.

Really though, I appreciate your concern. I know I have had gotten a little fired up in the past in the face of his lunacy but have learned to remain completely civil. No harm, no foul. This approach has also seemed to have a much more desirable effect than lowering myself to his level of ranting and bravado.

10-4. It was almost fun to watch him melt down under his own power today. I see Tom has finally closed the thread for a bit. I'm sure if he would chill out, he could be of some use, but he just comes off as annoying. He never did reply to my question about how emissions are being affected by the piledriving keyboard - I mean jackhammering valves - but it hasn't been mentioned again either, so I assume that is my answer.

The problem with his claims is that he says the problems are incredibly widespread. Major sky is falling type BS.
When the 6.0 came out 12 years ago, if an owner had an oil leak it was all over the internet.
And now I'm supposed to believe that 6.7's are spinning bearings and snapping cranks left and right and nobody is talking about it?
And if you don't believe it, well.....it's because you don't have 30 years of experience working on conspiracy theories...er, I mean diesels.
