Pretty much all settled in. Working on getting home insurance coverage due to the age of the place, fireplace setup and heating system. May have to make some minor changes to satisfy them.

Still have 4 more large ash to come down but I have most of the wood from the first 7 cut, split and stacked.

Andre - I know you were joking... I was just saying I wish I had that tech... People call us and think we do. We ask where they are and they say don't you know? Ummm. Sorta. And is the emergency where you WERE or where you ARE.

I have what I need, I will do what I can legally do.
