Good morning guys! I'm so excited to go to this coaching clinic tonight. Should be fun. Just need to get through the work day.

 

It doesn't yet exist, but Dak is buying us a place to hang out for free and he will hire hot waitresses and maids!

Dak did mention something a couple of days ago about having trouble getting his tip clean, or something about having it polished - I don't totally recall. I think his tip was dirty and he was trying to polish it himself in the driveway.

 

This place is brutal

 

Doug, it's his tip, he can polish it however he wants!
With that being said, he might want to look for more than an acre of property! (Neighbors be like)

Mitch, I wasn't disputing that he clean his tip whenever he likes, but just that he did it in the driveway. That should really be done at the carwash! I like to clean my tip too.

 

They don't allow you to buff your tip at my local carwash!

 

I just clean my tip, well the whole length of the pipe actually, when I wash the truck. Gets the hot wax treatment too, keeps it looking good. The ladies like that.

 

You don't have to give your tip to the wait staff. You can give them the whole thing...

Actually one place I am looking at is 2.5 acres and has a small cabin on the property. A trailer (that is already rented out) and an RV spot...

I see a need for a real estate photographer up here... My realtor in Miami did such a nce organized job of photographing the property that you can actually easily see the layout of the place. The pictures of the property are horrible and don't really show much.

I decided it is much more fun to have someone polish your tip for you.

 

My wife doesn't like me looking at other detailers!

Not conducive for a long, healthy, life....

I miss my old mustangs and that Roush one looks impressive. They've been souping up mustangs forever it seems.
