Good morning all.

Roy, I hear you. I think we are leaning that way.

Doug, the house is stunning for sure. The driveway will be tough to negotiate with tge truck and boat. Of course it's angled and not a straight drive in. The garage is pretty deep though which is a nice bonus. My main complaint about homes we have been looking at is the small garages like you said. It's ridiculous how short the stalls are. You can barely fit a Miata in there.

Gerry, very sharp. Love some nice brick work and it looks like yours is coming through nicely.

Off to take the kids to school. Be back later.

Good morning gang! The family did surprising well without the wheelers last night. If anyone was a bit emotional, it was me .

Tim you poor guy...crops and now day after day on the workbench. Snow will be flying soon enough!

Gerry, that driveway is going to be fantastic! It's already looking really great!

Welcome back Monty! That's a big dingy carrying lots of stuff.

Tim, when will you be able to get back on the Bronco? November? I can't wait to see that project come to life again. First time you start that Cummins, you'll prolly jump for joy and high five Maria

Steve, sounds like that house decision has been made, you just have to get your head around those taxes. I'm sure it's a tough pill to swallow, but you guys will figure it out. The pics you posted are pretty nice. I doubt you will lose any money. It's like a forced investment account with high maintenance fees is all.

Roy, are you getting ready for some seat time with Dak? He has to be about a day or so out? Dak, drive safely!

Doug, enjoy your well deserved week off. The garage will be filled sometime next week. The dealer called and my sled and the wife's sled are together and ready. The third sled should arrive early next week. As I get time between now and then, I have to redo the trailer. Going to pull up all of the "Etrack" and put down ski slides and track mats. It will be a very fun project.

Chad understands snow It's a calling. I absolutely love it and I'm very excited to get back out there.

Bill...sounds like your boss is taking a few pointers from you! Got rid of the Ram and bought a 6.7. We'll take him, but you may not want to invite him to the one page thread unless he is cool with you posting from work

Was driving my daughter to school this morning when my transmission went from 6th gear to what appears to be 4th gear while gargling in between the gears, and did not change the gear indicator on dash from 6 to 4 until impressed on the pedal. Hard to explain, but first weird occurrence. Temp was around 36 degrees and was traveling about 40 MPH on flat land.

Me too Tim. I think she's mad because she was towing for two weeks straight through the Smokey Mountains and now she's bored lol.

Yeah, but you don't have to shovel rain

Got rid of my last sled a couple of years ago after about 40 years of owning one or more.

Nice looking kitchen! Where's the garage pics, much more important than the kitchen

Your expensive taxes may be our norm up here. I pay about 1.4% of property value for annual taxes.

Talked to the wife earlier this morning, it was a frigid 45* poor gal is freezing to death...ROR Typical Southern Chick!

Looks like some nasty S**T in store for us out here though.....some of that "liquid" sunshine.

Ford transmission programming does seem to be odd sometimes, Steve. I've never had their autos in a truck, but the one in the Fusion will sometimes pick the wrong gear. Not very often, but it happens.

Steve, I should have snapped some garage pics for sure. If we go through with this, I will get shots on the next visit.

Andre, sounds legit to me ROR.

Brett, I'm going to keep my eye on it, weird for sure.
