Good afternoon, crew !!
Great pics everybody!!
Good ride today, but was a little foggy on top of the Blacks this AM!!!!
One can barely make out Lake Mohave in the distance through the fog/clouds.
Then some pics of some old mining operations.
And finally, right on the shore of Lake Mohave!!
By the time we were done, we made about 50 miles. It was a pretty good day once it kind of cleared up a bit!!
Hope all have a great rest of the day!! Later

Good evening guys! Trent had the day off from school, so he and caught up on some rest , but later this afternoon, we changed the oil, pre filter, air filter and fuel filters on the dually. The only dang problem we had was I forgot to take the wire for the MAF sensor off of the top of the air filter box and cracked the connector Already ordered the new pigtail to replace it and should be here Friday I believe. No codes, but if it can mess it up somehow, it will do it when I'm in BFE!
Hey guys, I've seen several of you that have wired up LED lights on the running board bracket covers by hooking into the connector that Ford already has there. I've seen a few on the forum here and Justin has a video of his F450, but I can't for the life of me find the one on my dually. I looked everywhere again today and must be missing it. On some I've seen that the connector is gray, but wonder if it is on all. This is supposedly the female end of the connector, but I still can't find it.
Don. very jealous there buddy! Beautiful view!
Here is a pic of the fuel filter I took out today. 15k miles on it on the nose.

Monty, I used to have a picture of the plugs under the cab of my truck for the lights. It's a bit wet at the moment, and I'm at work, or I would go snap a pic for you. They are near the rear of the cab, outboard of the frame rails.
Dak, that was a baby rat snake. He was only a foot long, but I uncovered three holes nearby that were for considerably larger snakes. I would normally just relocate a snake when I see one that I can identify as non-venomous, as long as they aren't being aggressive. I was pretty worn out by the time I uncovered this one, so I decided he would not have the opportunity to become an adult.
Don, more awesome pictures. Looks like you guys had fun.
Happy Canada Day Gerry and Darren!
This is my last night, before a few days off. We didn't get quite as much rain as expected, but with my yard and pasture already saturated, we have standing water everywhere and mud to go along with it.
Mitch, it could get very damp in your area soon!
Roy, don't overdo things.
Dave, nothing wrong with more power, right?
Have a great night all.

Steve, I would like to think there was some clause in there about it too, but insurance DOES appear to cover stupidity fairly frequently.
I wonder how difficult it would be to tie them into the main harness or into the side mirror lights. For that matter, you could wire them into the running lights circuit, since they come one when you unlock, and fade away after a bit with no further activity. Plus it would give you what you were after with additional illumination while running down the road.
