Good morning, crew of merry gentlemen !
From western ND. Visiting the old stomping grounds, with my brother, daughter, and old friends! Another visit this AM, say goodby, and head into eastern MT for a couple days, then Wyoming to see Grandsons, and great-grandson!!
Then start working back down to AZ........will be good to get home!
Later.....and have a great day, guys!

Good morning guys!
Gerry glad to hear your son found a new job. It sounds like a step up and moving towards a goal. That's always a good thing! I'm sure the separation will be a challenge, but as you pointed out, all part of it. Good luck to him
It was a busy day for me yesterday. One of my friends fell off the wagon and I "Hope" I was helping him get back on. I'll know more later today. He said all the right things, but it was an emotional day for him and I'm not entirely convinced he was ready. Being the product of an alcoholic has different affects and scars on different people. I guess I'm hyper sensitive the signs and attitudes and just hope he was genuine and not giving me lip service. I'll be there for him whenever he reaches out again and I'll check on him again later this morning.
Work has been busy The plant is full again and we have a decent backlog. Owners are happy

We will make a stop in Winnett and check out the Hail damage to Lynn's home. I have "work on Lynn's home" duties the end of summer........
Then on to Home.......
So, I stopped into my local gun forum and got a real kick in the stomach this morning. Our MA AG has "clarified" an AWB already on the books making thousands of gun owners in MA felons. She essentially back dated her update so 18 years of purchases are now considered illegal and subject to confiscation if she again alters the law at whim. And in making us felons, she has guaranteed that we can never renew our LTC's. How's that for back door (or maybe front door) gun control. Here's the running thread about it. The first post contains a link to the Boston Globe article about it...
Healy "closing the loophole" letter to gun dealers
I have GOT to move to Maine...

Rodney, you are in the state that lead a historical revolt in 1773 IIRC. Time to do it again!
Don, safe travels my friend and good to hear from you.
Gerry, wish your son good luck!
André, ran a call at 1 this morning where a 47 year old female fell off and drank a GALLON of vodka the last two days. May lose her medical license. Prayers for your friend!
On the way to get the camper to go to the lake until Monday. Good day gentlemen.
