Didn't even know they made them until you posted this...geez...more stuff!!!
I'm leaning towards the Rugged as I'm not going to drill. The Husky video shows drilling two spots on the frame and I'm not doing that. Just trying to confirm this but looks right.
Hey Steve, thanks for the idea, but I hear the other liners are made slightly better. Love the looks of the Husky's but drilling isn't happening. Would like to see if someone could confirm it. The Rugged's I can get for under a $100 shipped off the bay.
Steve, they are 103 at Autonation Big Bear Lake (Tousely).
I installed the Ford ones b/c folks said the others didn't fit well. I'm not to sure how the others are built better, but I haven't seen a problem with the Ford ones that I have.
Gerry - Usually in Maryland, our summers are 90-98 degrees with humidity in the 80-95% range. This year we only had one day in August over 90 and humidity stayed below 60% all summer long. Now that we have reached September, we have been in the 90s with the saturating humidity! Mother Nature is a little off kilter! Everybody is forecasting another below average temperature winter with above average precipitation. I think maybe I should by an old Explorer and put a snow plow on it!
I heard Farmers Almanac is predicting colder and snowier than we had last year. Not sure what happened to global warming. I better go burn some old tires and get things back on track
Steve - Glad the wife is OK. Yes Owls can get quite large. Even up here they are over 2' tall and they like to eat cats and dogs. (smaller dogs, not great danes).
I got the factory liners on my new 2015... The dealer here orders all his trucks with them. Need me to go out and take a picture(s) or look for something on them for you?

I appreciate the info brother. I read a lot of threads on sites and seems quite a few people changed out the stock ones for aftermarket. I can't remember if my 2011 had them or not, but I don't believe so. Reps sent for the info though.

Thanks, pretty crazy situation for sure. You don't hear about that every day!
Wife just got back and said the owl flew into her right arm, crashed to the ground, stumbled around and looked at her with big yellow eyes. She said she about chit herself thinking it was going to attack her, and then flew off. Nuts! We have had an influx of owl activity around here during the day.
Funny story Steve. I'm glad she was alright, but I had to laugh because it reminded me of a situation that a coworker found himself in several years ago. We had just wrapped up a night shift and he was on his way home at around 04:00. It was a cool morning, so he had all 4 windows down on his Exploder. While he was driving down the main drag in his town, an owl flew through one of the open passenger windows and bounced off of the rear window glass, inside the vehicle, knocking out the owl. After my friend regained his composure, he pulled over and opened up the rear gate to see what the current state of affairs was. About the time as he reached down toward the owl that appeared to be dead, it sprang up and flew out past his head. I do believe fresh shorts were in order when he got home - and perhaps a shot of whiskey.
Thanks for the positive comments about the pictures. I had a lot of fun. One thing I have learned over the last few years about my brother's place is that there are cougars (not the older ladies that chase younger men), bobcats and coyotes that hang out in various areas around the property. Any time you are going to leave the house, you always carry a side arm, and it is a good idea to strap a rifle to whatever transportation method you are using at that time as well. There are also lots of snakes to play with too.
Andre, congrats on the spanking that your kids dished out!
