Interesting .... Don know the manager at one of the big ford dealers in town. He called him about my truck and gave the guy my vin. The ford guys said that truck has already seen a couple of PCM's but I will tell you what, if you can determine that it is not a wiring issue we will throw another PCM and a BCM at it under warranty. Even tho the truck is tuned AND out of warranty. Hardly seems fair ... some people can't even get legit warranty work done and just cuz you know a guy .... anyway .... whatever.

Yup. They should chalk it up to the cost of not knowing what the hell they're doing.
Vehicle reimbursement is the reason that I first purchased a SuperDuty! For over 13 years I had driven a company provided vehicle and the opportunity to get reimbursed for my own vehicle when I moved to a different company. The deal there was $800/month plus fuel and most of my service costs. I only ended up working for them for 2 years, but further opportunity presented itself after that. When I walked away from the 2006 after 50 months of ownership, I had a total cost of ownership and maintenance of just over $9,000 that had come out of my pocket including all accessories added to the truck. That was a once in a lifetime deal!
My current deal is much more modest, but I still get a decent vehicle check every month plus unlimited access to fuel at our shop. I buy fuel when I'm on the road with the camper, but otherwise nobody questions my fuel usage. They burn 3-4,000 gallons of diesel per day so I guess they don't miss my 1,000 gallons per year! If I were to need a rental car, my fuel key would not allow me to pump gasoline. I too would rent the cheapest car available! Besides, mopeds, fat chicks and Fiats are all fun to ride until your friends catch you doing it!

ROR no I didn't take it as criticism.
Yes work pays for fuel (gas for boat/sleds/quads and diesel for truck) and I do get a monthly "car allowance".
As Matt said:

The FIAT is the cheapest car available.
Just went and picked up the truck and spent two hours BSn and looking at harleys and race cars.
Sure nice to have the truck back!
Good luck with the test Dak

Well ... I am not afraid to admit when I am wrong (or probably wrong).
I said in an earlier post that FORD QC was the problem with the fuse holder and issues I have been having. Maybe not. I spent some time with the tech. The damaged fuse holder was F52. This is the fuse that H&S says to tap into for the power supply. When NADP installed my tuner they DID tap into this fuse with one of those crappy fuse taps. I later removed it because I do not like those things. It is however probable that the fuse holder was damaged all those years ago when NADP installed the fuse tap and the bad connection only surfaced now. Fuse 52 is power to the PCM and TCM .....
So my bad, it is tuner related (sorta)
I'm back to all love for ford (for now)
BTW, to get the fuse box out you need to drain some coolant, remove the primary degas bottle and the battery
