Won't fire up

I have a 81 F100 with a 302 my problem is I put in a new dizzy set the timing back to tdc and the rotor point to #1 wire on the cap and it ran really rough at first. But now it just turns over I have spark to plug and coil. Rotor is turning so timing chain is good and it a new dizzy, cap , rotor and wires. I'm getting fuel so that's not a issue.

Did you get it running? It sounds like you have the timing 180 degrees off.
