Springfield Street Rod Company

What's the deal with this company? I ordered some parts from them on 3/17, they shipped a wrong part on 4/12. I returned it on 4/19 and have been waiting since that time for the correct part. Anyone else have any dealings with them? They must have zip inventory and have to order everything a customer places his order.

Update on my trouble with Springfield Street Rod Company. I called them once a month asking that they credit my charge card for the returned part. Both months, then promised to do so right then that day. Obviously, they don't have any repeat customers, any inventory, or any business ethics.
Do not ever consider ordering from this company. I am in Michigan, and only posted this here since the company is located in Ohio. I will have to write to the BBB to get the company to refund my money for the wrong part they sent. I won't be back to the FTE OHIO forum again.

Ranger pat: I have used them once without trouble.
Your post seem's critical of the FTE OHIO forum but don't understand the beef with us.
I agree, talk to BBB if you have a problem.

Guess I didn't word that quite right. I meant to close the loop on this thread by posting a follow up to the first post. The part about FTE OHIO was not intended as a slam, but rather to indicate that I am not a regular poster on FTE OHIO, and probably would not be posting here in the future. I only posted here since SPRINGFIELD STREET RODS is
located in Ohio. Please accept my humble apoligies.
