Right outer tie rod end replacement questions!

Can I just replace the passenger side tie rod end? Any special about doing it? The drivers side is fine, the passenger(right) side has tons of play in it.
I bought a new right outer end, its Moog. And it is the big old long end that goes from the knuckle to the adjusting sleeve.

The steps I THINK I need to follow...

I just pop it out of the knuckle.
Pull the bolt for the track bar off
Loosen the clamps around the tie rod adjusting sleeve
and then rotate the tie rod end off?

thats what I think I need to do. Any other suggestions?

Thanks again!

just put it back the same length and then go have a aliment done.
just be ready to have a time getting it to turn there are 1000000 treads on the rod and it takes 30 minutes to get it off and back on.
