port or not to port

I got a 95 f150 with the I 6 I'm doing a total rebuild. I'm boring the block out to. 440 over. What I need to know is should I port the heads iv seen some say not to ... something aboute the way it fires but I want to get the most out of this rebuild. So should I port or not!!!!! Any info will help iv got it all tore down just need to know what to do with the head!

The heads on the EFI blocks are designed to mix the air and fuel better and porting removes this, so porting is usually a wash.

I have heard of using chevy rockers to get more lift on the valves. Fordsix.com should have more info.
