I've worked on many Crn Vic, GM, and TC's the dreadful Blend door actuator, my question is that in the Navigator I receive a loud 2 sec intermittent thud, I'm very familiar with this noise as the other vehicles make it when the actuator is no good, My question is how many and what actuators are in the back is is just 2 one for temp, and the other for position and what is the location of them is it a task that requires removing the suitcase from it's location????

 

There are plenty of threads on here about the actuators. If it is the floor / ceiling one it is easy to do, it is located right under the little tray on the p/s rear quarter hump. The other is a little harder. There are pics of this in the threads.
