hi everybody new guy here looking for some teck suport on this swap i live in md so any help would be great the f350 truck ate up from snow plowing in pa i can get a 89cab (no rust) for free can it be swaped hope with little trouble as possable thanks ahead of time mark

 

The cab will physicaly bolt to the frame and fenders, and the steering shafts will line up but thats it. the diesel cabs have diesel specific wiring in the dash and the 89 cab will have none of it. You will end up gutting the gas cab and putting all the diesel stuff into it.

The stripped down, bare metal cabs will look identical but its all the interior stuff that won't work together..

wasnt the firewall slightly changed for the turbo down pipe in 94?
