f350 problems

Hi new to the site.
I just bought a 2004 f350 ford with 6.0 diesel.
Have replaced the hpop and egr and water cooler. While I was in sent the ficm off to be tuned and reset.
Now the problem truck will not start I have an AE scan tool and am getting the codes U-0306 (software incompatibility with ficm). U-0105 (lost communication with ficm).
Have checked all the fuses I can find and grounds and cannot find the problem. I cannot find a electrical diagram to show voltage.

The man I bought the truck from had a bully dog on it and took it in to have it flashed and had problems after that, he got so fed up the sold the truck.
Has anyone ran across this problem, could I get another bully dog and be able to reset the pcm with it. Ford told me it probably would do no good to have the pcm flashed until I can get it started.

Try hooking the Bully Dog back up if not already and return to stock, not sure how Bully Dog works but had some problems with Edge on my 7.3 ended up returning to stock, crossing the starter solenoid to get it to start, because turning the key got me nothing, then once it started and ran for a couple of minutes reprogrammed the truck and has been good ever since..... Way it was explain to me it puts the computer in fail safe mode which keeps truck from starting.... If that doesn't help try Bully Dog technical support.....

As Benny stated, the best support for Bullydog on a 6.0 is in the trash.
