I want to move to a House with Large Garage.

I am needing more space. I currently have a three car garage. However, I think that I need a six car garage. eight would be even better.

With the market down, maybe now is the best time to buy.

Does anybody have any leads here in CA? Auburn, Seaside, Lodi, Chico, Paradise, Copperopolis???? Jag

I passed up on a ranch in Copperopolis a couple years back. Kick myself now. Had 2 creeks and a huge shop. If it comes up again I`ll buy her!!
I noticed all the areas you picked are hot with the exception of Seaside. This is a great time to buy anywhere.
