CPS help

I think my CPS is going bad truck runs fine but occasionally I get a split second skip or hiccup , dors this seem like a CPS issue?

I have the warrentee CPS , to replace the CPS is it as simple as remove bolt pull CPS re-install and plug in , or is there more to it than that I might try before work I have a 1/2 hour slack time, Ya'll think I can get it done in 1/2 hour?

It takes about 5 minutes, if your going slow. Hardest part is getting the bolt started again lol! 30 mins is plenty

Here's a picture of the different varieties of CPS units.

That's, from left to right, C, B, and A. Unless I am mistaken, C (Dark grey with the indigo-looking o-ring) is the latest and greatest. That would be what I recommend that you use.

The cps can sure cause some strange issues. Make sure to keep a spare in your glove box just in case.
