I have a 2012 F150 4x4 with 116000 miles. Love my truck pulls better than the 5.4 I had before. Mileage is about 17 MPG about 11 when puling race car.
I miss the sound of the V8 but no loss in power.

Welcome and thanks for the post. I hope you stay around here with us and keep us up to date as to your long term experiences with your truck. That's a ton of miles in 2-3 years.
15600 on my 2013 Lariat. Been to the dealership for passenger side seat sensor and alignment in the first year other than that been running great with incredible power for 3.5 six cylinder. I have the slip yoke clunk and might fix it myself soon.
Little over 32000 miles and working great. I use it for commuting and occasional towing of an 8000 pound travel trailer. Pulled the trailer, and 3 adult passengers over some high mountain passes in Utah and was really happy with its performance. Recently the brakes started pulsating and the service writer says its common for the F150. Given the new engine design I leased mine but am now considering buying it and an extended service plan.
46K on my 2011 F150 XLT. 16-17 mpg daily use, 22 mpg highway, 16.4 on recent long highway trip towing 5,000 lb trailer across country. Drive shaft clunk that increased over the past year was addressed at dealer with grease seal and related assembly, otherwise no issues going on four years now.
I just turned in a 2013 F150 Ecoboost with 25k miles. The truck was a perk from a job so it cost me nothing, but being a lifelong Ford family I hated that truck/motor. The best fuel economy I could get was 13mpg, so much for the expensive motor. Truck went back to the dealer several times for a computer reprogramming specifically for fuel economy. After which I would get 18 mpg for a week and then right back down to 13 mpg. Really disappointed in Ford on this one.
My 2012 had a little over 42,000 miles on it when I traded for a 2015 xlt max tow with another 3.5 ecoboost, that truck had never been back to the dealer in the almost 4 years I owned it, this truck has been trouble free!
I'm zeroing in on 30,000. The more I drive this engine, the more I love it! I just changed the air filter, and wow, what a bear! I had to disconnect the intake hose just to get the cover off. The area under the hood isn't cramped, though, so I don't know why they designed it that way. Plenty of room with this small engine.
Last week I bought a 2012 F150 with the Ecoboost and 163k miles on it. It has the extended cab with the 8 foot bed and also the HD Payload Package with the 7 lug wheels, Max Tow Package, and a $3k System One ladder rack/utility box setup. So far no problems!
