i replaced the light bulb in my 01 f250 last night and it came right on and looked good, the problem came when i closed the door and it would not shut off. i havent tried to get the door lights or the bed light to work yet but the dome light wont shut off on the light switch or by closing the door. the light sw feels good the dimmer works fine, but where is the sw on the doors there is no little button on the door jam anymore so where's it at now and is it just an applied ground like before and is it the same on the light sw on the dash just an applied ground, HELP

 

The "slide" or "arm" that goes into the door, kind of flat about 1/8" tall and 1/2" wide has a switch inside the door that rides along that actuator.

Liberally apply a spray cleaner/lubricant to those rails and work the doors first, it's pretty common.

 

ill give it a try probably could be any one of the doors, i asume the door just applies a ground like before
