Recent Mods to my 6.0 and a Question

I just recently completed some basic modifications to my 2006 F-25 King Ranch:

4" MDBR Exhaust, turbo back, cat delete
IPR EGR Delete Kit
AFI Cold Air Intake
SCT Tuner with DP tunes custom tunes
4 Pillar glow shift gauges with Boost, EGT, Fuel Pressure, and Trans Temp
Scan Gauge II with Blend Mount

The truck has 63,000 miles and is running better than ever. The turbo lag is much better and the throttle response has improved. Mileage went up a little around town, but I'm getting much better mileage on the highway. I am using DP tunes 80 hp economy tune regularly, but use the 60 hp tow tune when I pull my 8,100 lb. boat. I did not purchase any high performance tunes, nor do I plan to. For the most part, I am not an agressive driver; in fact I pretty much drive like an old man. Oh, I live in south Florida, so bridges are the biggest inclines I'll be towing on. I am trying to increase the longevity of my 6.0 and improve the milelage, not build a hot rod.

Should I be considering adding APR head studs as a preventitive measure? My gut feeling is no, but would like some other's opinions.

Your tuning pushes the engine above factory pressures, i think its a risk not to replace stretchy stock bolts.

Consider it yes, But if I were you since you are not so aggresive a driver I would wait. Schedule it for the next time you do a oil cooler, or have to do the standpipes or HPOP then do it. Since you can do it without pulling heads I would. No sense in tearing it all the way down just for them but if i was already in there Other than that you may want to ditch the air intake and take it back to OEM. If you have a truck running less that 500 hp the OEM one has the best air flow for the filtration it does. A lot of the aftermarket ones allow more air in by sacrificing filtration... and the turbo suffers as a result.
