Arrow 84 302 mods

Okay so my 302 in my 77 f100 just started knocking so My dad and I are slappin' in a stock 302 out of a 84 van, i have read it supposedly has 133hp stock is that correct? and also i have a 4bbl holley in the barn i was wondering how much extra HP i'd get out of a high rise intake and a 4bbl carb, or should i just do normal intake with the bbl? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks.

you will look for a metal brace bolts in the center and reaches to every rocker to hold it straight from turning
