Raleigh 460 tech

Guys, I'm just looking for a recommendation for a 460 tech in Raleigh. I've got an old 89 farm truck 460 c6 4wd crew-cab long bed!!! Rust and all! I've been chasing some awful drive-ability issues in it since I picked it up at a bargain price!

So what I'm looking for is someone local that I can PAY to figure it all out. I'm in a time crunch, otherwise I'd deal with it, but I need it ready to roll to tow some toys out to Tennessee in a couple of months. Are there any suggestions. Most shops won't even rotate the tires due to the length of this beast!
