high & low sulfur exhaust 6.7

If you look at Ford parts, they offer different exhaust setup for the 6.7. High, med, & low sulfur. The high version doesn't use DEF. I thought all 6.7 were 50 state. If not, how can I adapt using ford parts for non def and who can install it for me?

Some of those parts are for trucks in other countries. Such as Mexico that doesn't require emissions equipment like dpf and def.
