When I started racing in the 80s I was told by a wise old man "don't put anything on the track you're not willing to throw in the dumpster at the end of the day". Very sound advice indeed. Saw this video on StangTV yesterday and that old man's advice came screaming back to me clearer than ever. A good example of better you than me.

We survived camping. Had a good time doing it too. Got some sun along with some fish. Nothing worth keeping cause I was taking fish off of hooks more than I could fish myself, but the kids had a great time. We did manage to get into a disagreement with the manager. They have a new pet deposit of $15. We paid and were the only "weekend" people besides one other camper. The rest were seasonal people. I let Carley out and she was running around our campsite. The manager came over and told us our dog needs to be on a leash. We were new to this rule and said ok. She was on here leash the rest of our stay and did not bark or bother anyone. We told her we have camped here on a number of occasions and never had a problem. So they decided to keep our deposit cause she was off her leash. We argued and left unhappy with the stricter rules. They said they are getting stricter cause they have been so lax in the past. Yeah for us, we got to be the guinea pigs! It's not about the $15 dollars now it's about the way we were approached and the lack of explanation. I like to cause trouble don't I. hehehe
Good morning Cory! Geez you are just a trouble maker! Glad the rest of camping was good.

Good morning Michael! Too bad your weekends are so full or you could take a vacation.

I think it seems longer than it really was. They started middle of June so maybe not so bad but still will be nice to be done!

I like this transmission. I really like the warranty behind it.

http://www.atsdiesel.com/ats2/produc..._Transmissions

I don't like the "refundable" price tags though.

Morning guys! Just a quick post as I run out the door. Barn chores today, lawns to mow, and some work on my truck later tonight. Busy this weekend in Owatonna, and next weekend near Wadena. Should be a busy few weeks! Have a good day guys!

Good Morning Lee.

Uhh .. when you find the answer to your question, let me know. Time seems as elusive as the money tree right now. Although I can see glimpses of the money tree, I see no glimpses of the time thing.

I don't think you could pay me to take that transmission. Do a search on them in the 7.3 section once. Here is just one example...https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/1...warrantee.html
