Virginia's Official August Lazy day's of summer thread
August is upon us and the summer and year are really flying by. Record heat and record low rainfall has made it hard on many people around the country. Kick back, have a cold drink, chat and relax!

Spent the last 2 hours working on Brett's cake.
Cut the shape of the 1911 out.
Got the black fondant ready to be rolled.
Covered in a thin layer of icing.
Covered in fondant and added some more cake covered in icing.
Mixed up some white fondant to cover the other chunk of cake.
Colored some of the left over white fondant to make into ammo.
And now all that's left to do is write on it!

Picked up some wire and accouterments for the amp install today. Including a nice new pair of strip/crimpers. I believe my ex BIL still has mine.
Signed up with a new bank too. Been a pretty productive Tuesday.
