Not slacking yet. Trying to secure a contract. What a bunch of hoops here. Idaho is set up as local governments so there are a lot of people to go through.
If you have to go into the hpop and injectors you might as well do the egr and studs since you have to tear 1/2 the topend apart anyhow.

HPOP failures are pretty rare on our '06's. Hope it's just a blown out STC fitting or a standpipe/dummy plug leak that's causing the no start. And yeah, like Tin said, might as well go whole hog and get it all taken care of. Then you can tune it and it'll be like having a brand new truck

Since they pull the motor out of the truck to do the work, they will also check for any leaks, and take care of those also. And I'll go ahead and replace the belt and have them check the air filter.

I got a lot done today... Got the engine in the highboy, and worked up a custom pivot for the clutch. Didn't take a picture of the bracket we made, the lift was already lowered... Here is the engine in the truck.

My dad found me a complete parts truck for $200. He picked it up yesterday after work. We got to talking, and decided that the truck he bought was too nice to be parted out.. We are probably going to put a good motor in it and drive it.. Have another lead on parts to finish my truck, however. It is coming together, slowly but surely.
