Stock Lift BLocks?

The F150's with the 2 1/2'' wide leaf pack are 2x4 F150's. The 4x4 models have 3 or 3 1/2'' wide leaf spring packs.
The extension off to the side of the block is what the bump-stop will contact if the rear suspension runs out of upward travel (for example, the bed heavily loaded then hitting a bump in the road).
The bump-stop keeps the suspension from completely bottoming out and possibly doing damage.
That looks like a stock block to me. I believe the aftermarket lift blocks don't come with provisions for the bump-stops.
