Where's the best place to get a 4 inch lift?

Where's the best place to get a 4 inch lift?
I called les schwab and they said 2,400 bucks for a 4'' lift. How hard is it to just buy the kit and put it on myself? or, where else could i take it? I live in Tacoma WA.
