SUperduty A/C Blower Motor Volume?

To all my Superduty Brotheren,

I have a 2001 F-350 CC w/7.3. The blower motor dose'nt seem to have near the volume that my previous '05 Excursion had. On Max A/C it can barely keep you from sweating on our hot Ga days.
All power levels have different blower speeds, The Evaporator coil is clean and there is no notable difference in air flow between Vent -HI and MAX A/C -HI ( speaking about volume here). If I close one of the dash vents, It blows about like I think it should. There are no notable whistles or leaking noises from under the dash, The cab re-circ grate is clear of obstruction.
The A/c blows plenty cold enough, just lacking on volume. I removed the fan motor assy and cleaned the cage up when I checked the evaporator for blockage< also there are no visible signs of failure to the resistor pkg.
Has anyone out there had to replace the motor due to dwindling speed? Or know of a higher rpm motor?

Check the voltage across the blower motor terminals with the motor working at high speed. You should have full battery voltage. If you don't, there's something in the circuit that's dropping voltage.
