The spring clip mounts for the window/lock control is busted so it's just sitting there. The area where the weather stripping mounts eithe retainers are mostly busted, the cubby under the door pull is delaminating. Teu aren't horrible by any means, but I can't find the pads or anything really. Would like to have new ones. I wonder if I can get the Ford part numbers if there is a inventory search of all dealers.

Make sure the latches are well lubricated. The metal tearing inside the door will affect how the latch operates. Mine was torn and I had to pull the handle farther than normal to get it to unlatch. After some repair, it's working like normal. The older metal handles are a direct bolt in if you choose to go that route as well.
The power mirrors for these trucks SUCK for towing. The manual swing out mirrors are far better. If yours are loose try tightening them down, adding a lock washer, or blue loctite.
