I am looking to sell my nice '86 F250 4x4 to pursue a '78 or '79 in the same shape. I had the body redone in 2011. There was almost no rust or dents, the paint was peeling so I had to paint it. It looks GREAT now! It is the original dark blue metallic with a blue interior. The body work and paint was $5700. It has cab lights, bull guard, cab-length running boards, HD Ag cushion hitch, 5th wheel, 14"x24" "Ford" mudflaps, 33x12.50 tires at around 90%. The engine was rebuilt about 15k ago and was bored .030, all new pistons, bearings, crank checked, rebuilt heads, fresh edelbrock 750 carb, dual exhaust, HD rear-end out of a '97 F250 with positraction, 3:55 gears, 4 speed manual, lockouts, new clutch, new bearings and knuckles in front end, 4" Rough Country Lift with matching shocks, runs and drives PERFECT, lots of power, I am sure I forgot some things that have been redone in the past 2 years, this is a great daily driver and it turns heads! Do you still have your 86 for sale? i am fairly new to the fte forums. i am in afghanistan now but will be home by Christmas. looking to buy or trade. i am from northern CA so smog will be an issue. i can't view pics here (blocked) but it sounds worth the trip out to you.

Yes I do. I could send you pics if you would like. It's not a disappointment at all, I've been through it front to back and there isn't another one like it around here. When I am filling gas or at Walmart someone is always looking at it when I come out and they say, "This looks just like Bigfoot from the 80's!" If you would like pics let me know.
