squealing belt
owner of 2011 ford explorer limited. Truely love the truck drives and handles smooth....

Does anyone else experience a belt squeal when it ONLY rains or is damp outside? Is there a quick fix besides going to dealer only on a rainy day.

The reason it squeals is because water gets on it when you hit a puddle which splashes on yer belt. Get some belt conditioner in a can and spray on yer belt.
