I used to think the 302 was more powerful to when I got my 302 3.55 compared to my 300 4x4 3.08 but loaded full of weight 300 just flat out works the v8 then I swapped to 3.55& 5speed wow!!! Thats mind blowing

 

I would rather have a 302 than a 300. A semi truck could probably accelerate faster than my truck

 

Ok seams like u r set on a 302 and if a race u want.to win go with it but with the same cash u can get more pulling power out of a six there r cheap and ez thing just to add some power for less then 200 $ like higher lift rocker and throtal body spacer. Ohh btw Pll get over 500 Hp out of theas little motors if u want to go that way. U really needed to cheack out youtube classic inclines and fordsix b 4 u pull that motor!!!!!!
