Road Armor rear bumper with spare tire holder?

does anyone know if road armor still makes a rear bumper with the spare tire swing out holder? i know they used to but i can't seem to find them on their site any more. i have a lifted 05' excursion and i need a spare tire holder and really want one on a swing out at the rear bumper. if not road armor are there any other companies that make these?

Buy a $3k 2007 klr 650. And put a $200 bike carrier into your hitch. That's a much better spare tire in my opinion!
