The blend door might be stuck in AC mode due to defective motor.
You will have to pull off the plastic cover on the rear right where the blower motor sits. You can pull it from the rear and not completely remove it. I think you need to remove the rear seatbelt first, where it is bolted to the floor.
There are 2 valves. the top one switches between floor and ceiling.
The lower (on the side) valve switches between heat and cold air. They are 2 gray ( i think) looking boxes. Have someone look at the motor while you twist the heat/cold button. You should see the motor move the valve slowly about 90 degrees.
Can be removed easily, I think it is 3 screws and a connector.
