Hmm, I guess that was 5000! I hear you on the busy spurts. There are days I get a lot done on my projects. Some days though, it just seems like I get nothing done, even if I'm working on something...

I'm taking it to work with me tomorrow to use the overhead cranes in the shop to lift the cab off.

Wow! Looks like you've really got a jump on that project! Good luck man. That's going to be a great truck when you get it done. I just hope you don't get yours done before I get mine where I want it to be. I have a head start though.

I'm pulling the 460 out in the morning. I have it sold and he's coming to get it tomorrow. I'll take lots of pics as I work on it.
you will need to get a diesel radiator core support or modify the gas one if you plan to use the diesel radiator

Looks like you're making progress Bill. Now I'll have to come down and take that rear tank off your hands and make you jealous of my running CCLB 4x4. Although yours will be a lot nicer when it's done.

Thanks for the link Jim! I've got a brand new core support that I bought a year or so ago, but it is for a gasser. Seems hard to find an after market one for diesels. I've got two diesel supports that have the typical rust at the frame mounts, so I'm gonna graft the lower part on to the new gasser support.

I wonder why you can't get after market ones for diesels. The guy I get that stuff from said the ones for gassers is all that's available. Shouldn't be too hard to do though.
