1. Welcome to FTE!
2. None, E series are forward control chassis, so an F series cab will not work, unless you want to sit on the dash and wear goggles with the wheel sticking out of the hood.
3. You are in the wrong forum anyway, although there really isn't a forum for this--it would be "General Automotive" methinks.

You could find another van body and put on there, cutting it off with a flat bed behind it. Lots of those running around. Doing the bodywork so it doesn't look like something from the third world might not be cheap.

this seems like the right forum for it (full size vans)
i would put a standard van front end on there. plenty of uhaul style bodies that were built on a van chassis with a cutaway cab and whatever you want on the back.
in doing so, you get to decide if you just want a "standard cab" or a bit more cab to carry all your stuff. if you're doing anything more than a standard cab, i would suggest starting with a body that has barn doors on the side, as a slider would take up too much length for you.
personally i have my work van and a standard cab F250 flatbed. i can't fit anything in the cab of the F250, and i hate it for that, so it only gets used when i really need the flatbed or the 4x4. what do you plan to use it for??

Art, this apparently was in the 2009+ forum prior to Tim moving it. He doesn't mod this forum so he didn't move it out of here.

Thanks for moving it here. I think the OP stands to get the best advice from these guys.

Thanks guys, I moved it to Gen Auto because this thing might be a hodgepodge by the time he's finished and I wasn't sure if the van guys or truck guys wanted to deal with it.

With some work you might be able to mount a 53-56 Ford truck cab on that chassis. I'm not sure what chassis this cab is on or who owns it. But it shows how close to the front wheels the 53-56 Ford truck cab sits.

I think it could work out pretty good. You might have to modify/extend the front frame horns a little for the 53-56 front clip though. But that's not that hard. I'm going to have to do it on my 54 F100/78 F150 4x4 project.

Or if a regular 53-56 truck cab won't work then a 53-56 COE ( cab Over Engine ) cab would. Here's a pic of a 56 COE just in case you don't know what I'm talking about.

I'm pritty sure if you wanted you could make a regular pickup cab/from clip fit on there.

I know for a fact the engine in relation to the front axle is within a couple inches of that o a pickup. I'm sure a simple steering shaft mod, along with body mounts and it would be good to go.
