2003 F-150 brake issues

I have a 2003 F-150 supercrew 4x4, was having problems with the brake pedal going to the floor, had replaced the front calipers, master cylinder and the brake booster. I have blead everything out including the rear calipers even though I didn`t touch them, the truck stops but the pedal isn`t what it used to be, even when the truck is off the pedal has a tendency to go down, there is nothing leaking and not losing fluid, don`t know what else to do?

If you put that much new hardware on, have you paid attention to the actuating rod length?
Going to the floor indicates the master cylinder cannot seal in it's bore and make pressure.
Good luck.

Thanks for that info didn`t know that the rod could be adjusted.I took the master off unscrewed it so that the master is about an 1/8" off the booster before you tighten the nuts up and that worked, the pedal is way up high and doesn`t go to the floor. That`s why I love these forums, you find out things you wouldn`t think of. Thanks again.

Happy it was that easy.
The rod length had left the bore ports out of place in relationship to the piston that moves.
Good luck.
