Swap semi-float for full floating axle?

My 2003 was in an accident. It's a semi-floating axle. Was wondering, since the rear end assembly is to be replaced anyway, will a same model year full floater "bolt in" where the semi-floating axle was??

Thanks again all!

May my van roll again!
