I am looking for help from anyone who can identify this wheel. Looking to buy a set new or used if possible. Thanks!

Center cap makes me think American Racing wheels.
Like "OLD" American Racing. 90's

I'm I'm fine with that, just trying to identify the manufacturer and get some specifications if they still have them. I am investigating a wheel separation case where someone was seriously injured, I need to know if they are Hub Centric and the thickness of the aluminum at the axle. Thanks

Were they running wheel spacers?
