I have a 79 F250 4x4 high boy with the 400 and a c6. The trans is going out on me. I have a chance to get a c6 out of a 79 bronco 4x4 its a B&M transmission and has approx 28000 miles on it. The guy wants 300 bucks for the trans and torque converter. Is that a good deal? should I just have mine rebuilt? Will that B&M trans even work in my F250? Im sure it will but just looking for a second opinion. Thanks Guys!
