Ford Saginaw power steering pump conversion?

The Saginaw pump does have more flow and higher pressure, and is a popular swap on 4x4 trucks in the Offroad forum on here. It really helps turning not necessarily taller tires, but wider tires they say.
To do the conversion, you'd need the power steering pump brackets, the pump and pulley, and I'm not sure if you need to find it or not, but the pressure hose. I think the pressure hose fittings are the same size and TPI, not sure.
But yes, the parts are on E-series vans and are bolt on to F-series trucks. To my knowledge, nobody makes a specific conversion kit to a Saginaw pump for these trucks. Brackets come from the junk yards, pumps and pressure hoses as well as belts can come from the local auto store if you want new or "newly remanufactured".
Personally, my new Fenco pump was $39.99, two things of power steering fluid with stop leak for 5 bucks, and I was good to go (after replacing the 7$ seal of course).
I personally don't see any gain on a stock 2wd or 4wd truck, unless the noise really bothers you. My Fenco power steering pump meant for F-series trucks, the prone to aeration design, is silent at idle.

The reason why I want to use a saginaw pump is because that noise coming from the Ford pump annoys the crap out of me, it's loud. And I'm pretty sure my pump is getting kinda tired,(230,000 miles) it still works fine but the noise it makes is fairly loud. My dad has a GM style (looks like a saginaw) pump on our Dodge van, it's been on there for 25 years and works great. Doesn't make NEAR the noise my Ford pump does.

Actually I changed my mind on the pump, I think now I"ll just rebuilt it my self and run a synthetic oil in it. Now I've been reading, there supposed to take a type F transmission fluid, anyone know if I can just use a synthetic ATF? reason why I want to use a synthetic is because I've read that it makes the pump's whine go away. Or a synthetic type F? which I'm having a hard time finding.
