firewood truck is gaining momentum as a positive member of FTE.
I got hit demo derby style!

Last week I was at the intersection at the end of my street. There was a silver mid 90's Corolla stopped right at the intersection, I was slowing down when I saw a truck w/ a landscaping trailer starting the turn up the street. It looked like he was gonna have enough room but I stopped 15 ft. behind the Corolla. The guy in the 'Yota puts it in reverse and floors it, I laid on the horn but it didn't do any good, he slammed into me doing at least 15 MPH!

He pulled forward a bit, I jumped out and yelled so he got out and saw the damage to his car, the bumper cover was completely off and the inner foam bumper was busted up, my license plate was mashed up and the bumper has a big flat spot in the middle.

His insurance company looked at it yesterday, made an appraisal and left a check along w/ the report. Now I need to find a nice condition bumper. My truck is nothing to get excited about but at least the chrome was shiny and straight, so I'd like to find a decent used one. Does anyone know of or have a good condition bumper for my '90 F250?

rmarquet is starting off with a positive reputation.
I don't, but I have to say: What an idiot.
