2004 F150 Lariat Supercrew - Front Shocks

This is a 2 wheel drive truck. How difficult is it to change them out? They are inside the coil springs. Should I just replace both the springs and the shocks? Any advice is appreciated!

I did the quick struts, spring and shock already built together. The job is fairly easy. Remove the wheel, caliper, rotor, disassemble the top ball joint + steering + sway bar, then you remove the strut. Reinstall in the reverse order, and then get an alignment. Here is the part I used, you will need the one for 2x4 which may be a different part number

Thanks for the response. Did you just buy the assembly locally or find it somewhere on the net?

I researched the part on the net but bought locally.I work for a local municipality and the garage at work gets killer discounts on parts. Everything gets bought through there now
