Litte air condition info please.

Somehow or another little round air condition vent in dash of my 2004 f-150 broke.Can any yall experts tell me how to remove the plastic vent cover from dash so i can repair.I did the serch thing with no luck.Thanks,Paul

I just changed all four of mine. bought them off of Ebay. just put your fingers in there and put the thing out. they just slip in and out. no clips or anything like that.
